Opening its doors on the 23rd of January 2012, Ipoh On York has carried on the age-old traditions and heritage of its owner, Jimmy Chong. Under the management of his capable son, Billy Chong, Ipoh On York aims to bring to Sydney the many tantilising tastes and atmosphere of rustic old-town found in Ipoh, Malaysia.
